30-second brand explainer, founder-led product demo, customer testimonial set, behind-the-scenes culture piece, and three answer-a-real-question educational shorts. That's the starter pack.

Deployment map

Brand explainer on homepage and paid ads. Demo on product pages. Testimonials on pricing and social proof sections. Behind-the-scenes on About and social. Educational across content marketing and YouTube.

The reuse multiplier

Every piece of video should be cut into at least 5 variants for different channels. Long YouTube, short TikTok, vertical Reel, square LinkedIn, and a landing-page loop.

Year two additions

Case study films (2-minute customer stories), category POV films (your brand's take on an industry trend), and event recaps. Don't build these until the foundational five are shipping and working.
