The SME rule

Every asset is built with input from the top-performing rep. If the rep won't use it in a live call, don't build it.

Version control

All assets live in one folder with clear file naming. No 'final_v3_reviewed' filenames. Outdated versions are the enemy of trust.

Refresh cadence

Every 90 days. Post-call, reps flag what's outdated or missing. Marketing acts on the top 3 items. Rinse and repeat.
